5. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

In all cases that may involve a conflict that may lead to a litigation situation involving the Web, shall be governed and subject to the Spanish legislation in force, being competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website, the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
